The new GT2 Corvettes have exceeded all expectations in their GT2 debut at the Acura Sports Car Challenge at Mid-Ohio with Magnussen and O'Connell earning the first podium finish for Corvette Racing in the new class. For most of the race, the #3 Corvette ran second behind the #45 Flying Lizard Porsche while Gavin/Beretta was a solid third before dropping to 4th place with less than 5 minutes remaining.
